purchased puppy claim taken to forward way express quarantine area preparing for shipment but the forward way express keeps coming after me for money first it was $500 to get the crate that I needed to move her then it went up to $999. because the smaller crate was unavailable now they are calling me asking me for another thousand dollars claiming that this is the insurance on the puppy which was not told to me in advance when everything was happening. This has been coming to me little by little and now I have to finally say enough is enough. I cannot afford to pay another thousand dollars and not see a puppy. The picture in which the puppy is in the crate the crate looks exactly like the picture that was sent to me via showing me the crate and which one would best fit my puppy. The only thing different from that picture now is she’s in the crate but the crate is still within the same position same background everything is the same except that now she’s a picture inside the crate.
