Fortitude Systems employee, William Gay, is using phone-switch technology to call into businesses and deceive targeted individuals at these businesses by using a phone number of boss, colleague, friend or family member so that the individual believes they know the caller. As a manager, he encourages his subordinates to take this same deceptive approach to then influence the targeted individuals to engage in business under fraudulent pretenses.
