I received a delivery from Forkful Meals addressed to me by first name only. I’ve never heard of this company and certainly did not order from them. My husband and I both checked our credit card accounts, and his card was charged $104. So his card, but my first name. I have tried to contact the company multiple times via phone and email to figure out how they got my information and to ensure they lose it, but they have not responded at all.
