I ordered 3 Personalized Large Wooden Kids Letters that was a bank on Nov 7, 2023, order went thru, got tracking# and was getting updates on a [email protected] said pkg started in Ireland (which did not know) went thru customs, came to US and left customs and last I saw it was in Kansas. I reached out on the support email given, and they give you a link to click on to chat with support. I given same standard reply and was given a new tracking number and this time it was coming from China and now it's going through the same process as the first tracking number. I can't reach anyone personally by phone because all it does is just send you an email stating to contact customer service on some portal. I called my bank and filed a dispute on 1/16/2024.

Placed an order for two banks on 11/04/2023 for Christmas presents for grandkids. I waited and waited--Christmas came and went-so I contacted Paypal to place a complaint. I contacted the seller and told them that I didn't want the banks because it was too late to give as presents. Paypal contacted them and waited and waited for a response. The money for the banks, $54.26, was removed from our account on the day I ordered the banks! I kept telling Papypal that I wasn't going to accept the banks. Then yesterday they arrived--Jan 13, 2024. I will still try and get Paypal to go after them for my $$$. I should have been informed when I ordered them that they would probably not make it for Christmas. I would have cancelled right then!

The product is nothing like it was advertised and the company will not give a full refund. They tell me it will cost too much for me to ship back to them. There is NO contact info on their website, so I don't know where they are located.

I purchased two items in 11/15 with an anticipated arrival date of 10-20 days. I never received the product. The tracking number doesn’t work, and I email the company almost daily. They continue to insist that it’s somewhere in route and refuse ri offer a

Refund. They are unable to tell me where the product is or an expected arrival date. Order -#22631S81524

Order placed and email confirmation received stating shipment within 20 days. Ad stated shipment from CO so was surprised to see charge from a UK company and learn shipment was from Italy. My bank alerted potential fraud but charge had already cleared. Amount charged did not match receipt. Provider stated order was already initiated so too late to cancel. Tracking number received but no ETA and information was vague. It has been 28 days with last tracking update 7 days ago. All atempts to contact provider only lead to continuous messages to contact another department and/or use another link, to no avail.

I placed an order through this company via their website even though I found them on facebook. they confirmed the order... processed my payment and then told me the order should arrive in approx 20 days. It has now been over 30 days and the company has not provided competent tracking information. I am reaching out to my credit card company to protest and report the payment and hope it gets taken care of. I have attached a copy of the order confirmation.

On October 24th 2023 I ordered 3 large wooden letter banks for my grandkids. I received a confirmation email from Forever-Beloved, with confirmation number 22631S4445 indicatinh they are getting my order ready to be shipped. The email said if I had any questions reply to the email or contact them at [email protected]. I did neither as I was afraid to go any further since I suspected I was scammed. Also on 10/24/23 I received an order confirmation from customercare-vip.com indicating my payment was approved and the transaction will appear as on forever-beloved*UK on my back statement. It /was on my statement as forever-beloved. On 10/26/23 I received an email from shipping@24 hourservice.vip indicating te order was in transit, sounded like it was in Italy. On 10/27/23 they indicated the package is in transit and has left the sorting center. On 10/30/23 they indicated the package was in transit in Italy, 11/1/23 it was in transit, arrived at the customs of Italy, 11/4/23 in transit, shipment is being inspected at customs in Italy, 11/7/23 in transit, has been shipped to the US, 11/9/23 in transit, arrived at customs in the US, 11/13/23 in transit, shipment declared at customs clearance of US, 11/15/23 in transit, arrived @ shipping partner facility in US, 11/18/23 in transit, departed shipping partner facility in US, 11/22/23 in transit in the US. That was the last have heard anything. I haven't contacted forever-beloved, customercare.vip (it shows up as a scam when I researched it), or [email protected] (it also appeared to be a scan sight when I checked into it). They offered an item I bought for my grandchildren. After I googled the website it came up saying it was an online store that is a scam.
