Got an e-mail from them claiming they had a screenshot and suggested that I check the post office, they said it looked like a scam to them.

Contacted their support site and they would not send the supposedly screenshot which they claim that it had been delivered. They also would not furnish the name of the delivery service that they claim was used!!!!
