I ordered this back massager for my lower back pain and it said it comes with a 60 day money back guarantee all over the website. I tried the product, it was not effective. I go to return it and they say I cannot return it because I used it. So how am I supposed to know if it's effective if I do not use it? This is a scam company selling cheap massagers and then telling people they cannot return it after they use it.
