COMPANY CALLED FLEX CHARGE PROCESS MERCHANTS USING THEIR SERVICES FOR DECLINED CREDIT CARD CHARGES. THEY THEN IN TURN CHARGE THE CLIENT FOR THE DECLINED CHARGE. HOWEVER, I DO NOT HAVE ANY PURCHASES FOR ANY DECLINED CHARGES. THEY DO NOT OFFER THE COMPANY NAME THAT SUPPOSABLY CHARGED ME TO BEGIN WITH AND ON THE PHONE # MACHINE IT STATES THAT THEY ALWAYS GET AUTHORIZATION BEFORE CHARGING CUSTOMERS, WHICH THEY DID NOT DO. I HAVE TRIED FOR 2 WEEKS STRAIGHT TO GET A RESPONSE FROM THEM, TO NO AVAIL. CAN YOU PLEASE CONTACT THEM AND GET THIS STRAIGHT FOR ME?
