Received my fake invoice today. Read all of your reports (thank you all for putting all the details here) and saw that one of the people scammed called the UPS store but they weren't going to do anything about it. I don't think they can, legally. Please report your incident to the USPS by registering the mail fraud at www.uspis.gov or call them at 877-876-2455. Let's get these scammers shut down!

Today 10/19/23 I received a letter in the mail from supposedly FLORIDA UCC STATEMENT charging the amount of $90. I don't know how these scammers find information but be very careful below I leave all the information and please be very careful with giving personal information or calling these people who are increasingly more creative.

I have received the same letter and thank you for this website and your postings. This is such a scam and so bogus. They keep changing the look of the letter and city and postal address. See the photos.

They moved(?) on my letter the address is FL UCC Statement Service LLC 503 East Jackson st # 510 Tampa FL 33602 this is a UPS store means they are renting a mail box. Should anyone inform The UPS store who they are hosting?

I have contacted the UPS store and made the owner aware and it appears that she is not willing to do anything regarding the client that is renting the mail box.

We received this, I googled it and saw everyone else's scams and I'm so glad we googled this first before paying it because it didn't make any sense why they were billing us. See attached at what the paper looks like hopefully it helps the next victim of this fraudulent act.

Bogus request for documents

As with everyone else reporting here, received a note saying I need to send them $90 to get a copy of loan documents which I'd already have from the lender. Scam.

They copied my Loan servicing Company, to try very hard to make this legitimate.
I wish we could WARN the whole State of Florida. It's a shame they snow over about maybe 40% victims. This is legitimately criminal.

I received an unsolicited letter the looks like a bill. Telling me loan information was filed in my name and I need to pay them $90 to get a copy of the information to keep in my records. If and when I get a loan, I get said copies of information from the lender.

DO NOT SEND THEM ANYTHING. IF and when I finance something I get a copy of the "Statement outlining the collateral for that loan". SO why do I need to pay this company $90 for something I already have. Got a piece of mail asking immediately send $90 with gibberish reasons that make no sense. Well check them out and yes they are full of crap. Why does Florida attract these crooks to do business? Anyway call and complain about them just like I did.

Received a mailing (unsolicited) from a firm acting in the name of "FL UCC Statement Service LLC" stating that it "is important for you to keep your own record of" a recently filed UCC Statement related to the installation of solar panels on my roof. They would gladly provide me a copy of the filed UCC for only $90.00. The bank financing the installation already has the legal license on the collateral, so this "service" is meaningless and worthless.
