I ordered two shirts via an advertisement on Instagram. I was provided two separate tracking numbers, each with a different shipping company that both intependently claimed to have the package. Both were claimed to be undeliverable. I contacted support multiple times over the course of the month to try to get the package to be delivered, however they stopped responding. The shipping company speedx.io has not responded to multiple attempts to contact them. I have not been able to get the package or a refund.
