I was contacted by Daniel Munoz regarding a data entry position that I applied for on ZipRecruiter. I was asked to complete an “interview,” which was a one-hour questionnaire/assessment regarding the role.

Upon completion, I received an offer email. There was no attempt to contact me via phone or Zoom for any sort of interview. The email requested that I fill out an “Employee Onboarding Form” asking for personal and banking information.

The job required me to purchase a $3,200 computer through one of their supplied vendors, with a promise of reimbursement, before my start date.

I did not reply or provide any requested information. The email is attached.
