As soon as I received the billing from this fake scam company called Filing Compliance Solution Service out of Princeton FL, PO box 924328 I knew it was faked. Please don’t fall for these scammer.

I received a document in the mail that look governmental in nature but its a scam that is hitting every state in the U.S. Its from Filingcss, PO Box 924328, Princeton, FL 33092. They mislead you to believe its an official request by your state SOS. They wanted me to pay $85 to file my LLC annual report.

I just received this Annual Report Compliance form and was immediately panic-stricken that I had to pay $125 today (the apparent “deadline). Before even heading to the post office for a money order, I search up the company name and nothing really legit popped up. I even logged in my State of Secretary website to check if my business had any holdings. It didn’t. Luckily, all reports made here definitely helped me identify this as a scam. I looked at the form much clearly and saw the many writing errors and lack of details besides my business name and address.

Received a letter in the mail stating to pay $125 for annual report compliance.
the barcode is not clear, email address is Gmail, the last sentence it stated, "by signing above, you give Filingcss a non-government Agency the permission to submit this filing on your behalf."
The question started once I notice the address located in FL not CA. I searched "Filingcss" and looks like it is a new company.

Received a letter from f. Compliance division (po box 601391, North Miami Beach, FL, 33160) stating I needed to pay 125 for a compliance annual report. Me being a new business owner and wanting to have my business in good standing I paid. But immediately after paying I realized it was a scam because the website it took me to after paying was adavis0804.gumroad.com and their “customer service” email was a gmail. Called my bank and reported it. Hope this review helps anyone.

I received a similar letter from F. compliance division, PO Box 601391 North Miami Beach, FL looking for $180. The notification states the need to file an annual report every year, otherwise, there is a risk for penalties and fines. Also stated that it's a non-government agency. Sure looks legit, happy I checked here. Thanks all for posting!

This company is trying to scam new LLCs. Their name on the mail I received is "C F Division Services" and the name on the letter and payable check is written to "Filing Compliance Services." Their address is PO Box 601391 North Miami Beach, FL 33160-9891. The front of the envelope said "Warning $2,000 fine, 5 years imprisonment or both..." and the letter/bill says that my business (a new LLC) is required by Federal Law to post a current compliant labor law poster in the workplace. The letter says to mail them a check or money order for $105 for "poster fee." They use scare tactics and then underneath their scam, they'll note something about how they are not a government agency, as to protect themselves from trouble in the future.

Received this letter in the mail a mere 5 days after my LLC was formed. I am online only, have yet to even get my site up and running, and somehow they've got all this information from the public records but couldn't supply an accurate filing date. It simply reads "Filing date: 1/-/2022"

The paper mailed to me looks exactly like the previous photos in this thread. The first thing that made me suspicious is the terrible quality envelope used, and the fact that it was "prepaid/presorted postage". Secondly why did they have to put my business ID on this thing 3 times? It's redundant. Their formatting person seemed to be stuck in this uncanny valley between "official document" and "jam-packed advertisement" there's no dry "official" negative space anywhere in this thing. Also the random barcodes all over the page. What am I supposed to do with them? No one will be scanning this letter, completely useless. And the greyscale highlight over the "please make check or money order payable" but not the "to:". I'm howling this is so bad.

THE WORST PART: Times at the scam agency must be tough because they've upped the price to $105 instead of $98.50. Perhaps they saw I was in Seattle and figured I'd pay a higher price?

I received this exact same mail today, asking me to send a poster fee of $98.50 an scaring me with penalties for non-compliance.

Very official looking. I googled, couldn't find any website, and insteaad landed on this page.

Looks like a scam alright.

Is there any forum where we can bring this to attention, before more gullible people are duped?

Wow I did get the same notice and I was concerned because I mostly do all my transactions via web and I just open a small business which is not yet running.
it was very suspicious that this agency have no website or phone number the email address says filingcomplianceservices.us I search for it and is a parked website meaning is not running and is by godaddy.com a place to make a website for cheap. this is definitely a scam and they should be reported to the FBI and punish here is the link :http://filingcomplianceservices.us/

received a letter in the mail from Filing Compliance Services right after paying for my business LLC license. The letter stated that I needed a Labor and Law Poster and its $94 and mailed by a certain date to avoid penalties. stated its a federal Law, however, there is no contact number for gov and its a po box from Florida with email address [email protected]

In late March 2021, I received a notice from Filing Compliance Services in North Miami, FL, saying that I need to post a labor law poster for my new business. In the explanation, it said, "To obtain your federal employment labor law Poster, please detach the bottom coupon and return in the enclosed Envelope with your document processing fee of $94."

received a letter in the mail today regarding my new business saying I had to have some sort of poster on my new business property or face a 7,000 dollar fine, because it's a federal law. They asked for 94 dollars by check or money order and there was a return envelope as well.
