bought peacock hosta's payment sent 6/24/2026 @ 10:06pm.. shipped. says delivered by usps. first email complaint to company called chaya went unanswered. second email sent, reply within 48 hrs. they say delivered, I needed to request the usps tracking number from them to start my investigation. usps says that tracking number was delivered and GPS states that was 20 miles from my house. usps has label that does not show my name or address. usps will not show me that delivery information as that is confidential. company states first they will refund 30% for their loss then, offers 50%. company keeps sucking up my time without any resolution. do not know how to upload email files or paypal payment info from my phone to the computer I filled this complaint out on.. can I come back to this form later on my phone to upload files?
