I Odered a set of so called Chicago Bears Anniversary Mugs from FENZE.myshoponline.com in January as a gift and they keep sending email notifications that’s it’s been received by my 4 times. We are in April now! I’ve asked for a refund now but allowed them to fix it by resending it a total of four times. At this point, they, themselves should want to just refund my money but they haven’t. Some of the language in the emails look Chinese.
