Ordered Hareen Al Sultan perfume oil from Freetoya.com from a social media ad. The ad showed video of perfume oil and expressed that they sell the authentic product, even showing how to authenticate the product through packaging and labeling. The ad expressed you would receive the authentic version with hologram labels and authentic packaging. When I received the oil, it was an obvious fake. Not in the advertised packaging. No special boxing or labels. And the bottle is plastic. The perfume oil has a very faint scent that lasts about 30 minutes. I requested a refund and sent pictures of the fake product that was sent to me. I was told by a Marina I only had the option to return the item to get a refund but was required to pay $20 shipping fee; or receive a partial refund if $15. After going back and forth with my request, I opted for the partial refund. After more than 12 weeks and three attempts I still have not received my partial refund. I only keep receiving the same email response saying it was issued and a transaction number. BEWARE - this company is a SCAM.
