I purchased a couple of dolls. They came key chain size instead of what I had ordered. When I contacted the company they did respond. It was a joke though they said that they can't be held responsible if the item is slightly different from the photo. I sent them copies of what they had on the site and what I got and there response was. I could send it back at my cost and get 30% back. What are they mad. So after many exchange emails I called my credit card company and got my money back. This company is a complete scam. How these people live with themselves, I don't know.

My niece ordered a "lifelilke" polymer clay doll from this site as a present for her mum. She was really excited as she had saved for this gift. It took a week for email confirmation of the order to arrive and a further 3 weeks for the product to arrive in shock.. not only did the item look nothing like stated on the pictures nor the so called item reviews, it was broken in two places!
I attempted to send an email to return the item for a refund as my nice was heartbroken.
I found that the email address [email protected] did not go through but I had a response from [email protected] insuring I would have a refund and its been ordered...
After 2 months still not refund I resent the email with the same email address and the same contact saying it has been ordered and will take 5-10 days.

2 months later there was still no money returned. I Reported the company to trading standards and asked PayPal for advice as after investigating the company no longer exists and the email address also no longer works!

Such a scam and these people should feel ashamed!

Yea i order a battery charger for my rc car over a month ago and they say the carrier lost it like 3times now! This site is nothing but a scam! They are a bunch of liars and thieves! Dont order anything from this place!

I ordered a '"lifelike" journey doll from the feelims website - it arrived today and looks NOTHING like the advert! No clothes, no accessories (no bottle or pacifier). It has NO hair - it looks like a plastic piece of junk, it is HALF the size described, and is very HARD - not soft or lifelike at all. It is tacky junk from China. DO NOT ORDER! I am now trying to complain but the email address [email protected] has been disabled! Trying to get money back through PayPal now. Fingers crossed.

I ordered a doll on June 19, 2020 and received an email confirming my order. I haven't heard anything from them in regards to shipping out my item and when I tried to contact them via their email, it come back as no email exists.

I put in an order on June23rd, money was deducted from my PayPal but I still have not gotten any confirmation of the order. The email gets kicked back undeliverable. Thete is no other contact info and no way to get any information about my order
