Fast Filing Services, LLC (based in Richmond, VA) sent us a very official looking form that asked us to respond by a certain date in the near future to pay our business annual registration fee of $50 + $145 filing fee. We pay this every year directly to the SCC online without difficulty. The fact that they are using scare tactics to make a huge percentage over the actual SCC fee is predatory. Luckily, we did not fall for this and hope others will not. The form went straight to the shredder!
