Order from Fashri.com never arrived, tracking site appears fake
The estimated delivery time was supposed to be 7–10 days, but I received no updates for almost 30 days. When the tracking finally updated, it claimed the package had been delivered and signed for. However, I never received anything, and no one at my address signed for a package.
I contacted Fashri’s customer service to report that nothing had been delivered. They told me they would resend the items and provided a new tracking number. After checking again, I discovered that Track678 is not a legitimate tracking website.
At this point, it became clear that the entire transaction was likely a scam. I’ve contacted my bank, and they are currently investigating the situation to determine whether I can receive a refund.
