[Order #M4110Q2816] (November 14, 2021) I placed an order. You charged my card! I never received my order! I have sent 6 Emails to send me the product I was charged for or refund my card! Please help me with this issue ASAP! I am patient but this is wrong! Thank You!

I ordered 3 electric cars (two children's and 1 adult! I ordered these on Nov 9th 2021! Still have heard nothing from them! Have texted them around 10 times and heard nothing! Scammers! I ordered these for my grandchildren for Christmas! I never received cars or refund! Do they have a phone number? Has anybody received products that they have ordered?

I ordered an electric blue car from FannyCarroll.com December 2. They said it would be shipped within 7 to 10 business days. It was a Christmas gift for my great grandson. Every time I went to check the tracking number they emailed me, DHL said there was no results for that tracking number. I emailed them numerous times and they finally replied and said they found the issue was a logistics issue and they would cancel the order. That I would receive a refund within 1 to 3 weeks on Dec 26. Since the email, I have sent them numerous emails stating where is my refund and never heard a response to this day. I purchased 2 ride on toys from a site called goldyesyes.com in October. They didn’t arrive and I contacted the company. After wks of no response they finally did. Then after another month I was told I would get reimbursed. That was over another 5 wks ago.

I ordered 4 of their electric rides in Nov. 2021 and paid with my debit card in the amount of $155.00. I have made two inquiries about my order. There was no response either time. I don't have a telepho e number for them.

6, 2021. I have not received any correspondence from Fanny Carroll. I have emailed them twice with no response. They don't provide a telephone number. I paid 155.00 for these rides. My grandchildren missed out on Christmas. These people are scammers.
