I am disputing this charge because I made the purchase believing I was ordering merchandise from a legitimate Eddie Bauer store-closing sale. I found the website through a Facebook advertisement that appeared to be associated with Eddie Bauer. After placing my order, I became concerned that the website might not be legitimate and that the sale may have been misleading. I have not received any merchandise or an estimated delivery date for my order. I would not have made this purchase if I had known the website might not be affiliated with Eddie Bauer. I am requesting that this transaction be investigated and that my money be refunded if the charge is found to be fraudulent or based on misleading advertising.
