I purchased a coat for my husband off their website, Fame-Studio.com, for $95.98. It arrived and was extremely poor quality and did not fit him at all. The refund policy said to reach out to the company to arrange a return. I did through email ([email protected]) and they told me that they’d only be able to offer me 20% of my money back and I could keep the coat because they can’t cover the cost of the shipping return label since it’s too expensive, or I could cover the cost of the return for a refund. Nowhere on their website does it specify this is their policy. I argued back and forth with them demanding my money back, but the most they offered to reimburse me was 30%. I was not about to pay whatever it costs to ship a poor quality item back to China when they claim they cannot cover the cost because it’s too expensive. They should not do business in this country if they treat consumers this way. Absolutely ridiculous.
