I had initiated a conversation about parts, they had contacted me and stated they had the parts that I need in stock so I continued to get them ordered. We had settled on shipping and the products were sent out. The shipping company contacted me about an insurance they had for the parts and I agreed to the insurance due to them being fragile. Once that has been paid off the tracking stopped in the middle of its route and company kept asking for more money otherwise they wouldn't continue the shipping. I had denied and they stopped contacting me and wouldn't issue a refund or anything.
