Bell Civil Processing keeps calling me, my wife, and her family threatening a "civil lawsuit" because of a "complaint filed against her". We know this is a scam because they're using her maiden name (which she has not used for 20+ years) and that name was used to open a fraudulent account 3 years ago which has since been closed.

We've confirmed multiple times with the vendor who was targeted that the fraudulent account has been zeroed out and no further action is needed.

Somehow this company found the record and is attempting to scare us into sending them money.
