I bought a new car from for the first time, from Toyota, and started getting these threatening letters in the mail from Factory Warranty / Auto Warranty about my warranty: that it was expiring after 3 months and I needed to call. When I called the number (888) 436-1241, they tried to sell me the extended warranty over and over, even though I said no again and again. I asked to speak to a supervisor. They laughed and gaslighted me about the whole thing. I doubt it was Toyota, but WTF?
