I never got my my purches but they informed my American express that package was delivered to my mail box. Mail box is for few letters not iron pots. American express determined that I am responisible for the amount in question since ZMaster provided them with false tracking number taht packige was delivered November 15th . I have sent emails to Z mastermine coustomer service many times and each time thay promised that they will send me new tracking number in a few days. That is going on and on from december 2022.

I was paying for a massage. I was told it would be $300 for 2 hours. I was asked to pay $150 to secure my appointment. Then i was asked to pay $300 for a security deposit which i would be refunded $150 after the massage. Then i was told to send her $200 for using her place. A compensation fee. After i refused to pay the compensation fee i requested a refund. She continued to ask for me to pay the fee. I continued to refuse and demanded my refund. She has stopped responding and has still not refunded me my money.

I was scammed by someone pretending to be a government official. The name on the account prior to my Facebook being taken was Agent Douglas Mark. First it started with a message from 2 other friends of mine who I'm assuming got scammed as well .. I shot them a email regarding this winning . I sent a photo of my ID. Within a couple minutes I started getting emails about all my login credentials being changed from my email and phone to my hackers. They turned on two factor authentication and everytime Facebook asks me to verify my id. They have a copy of my old one. I have had a new one made since then. Within a week I'm getting messages from people saying where is my ID because they're running scams under my account and sending drivers license out to people saying they are me. Which is beyond messed up. I went to the police. They said there's nothing they can do. Go get a new ID. I made a new Facebook to contact support and to confront my hacker. They made it where I can't even submit means of verification. To gain ownership back to my account Which I have messages from said person saying if I pay them 100 bucks they would fix it. I would just like access to my account . Those memories are far more than a 100 bucks. I'm dealing with grief. This is making it worse.

Tracking number ***********************. It is still showing in process, however today I received a cheap scarf from a Marc Cadicamo 1458 College Point Blvd College Point,NY 11356. He claimed the vehicle was in "perfect condition" but later found out he must have tampered with the vehicles computer system, turning off the vehicles check engine light. cost over $2000 in replacements for the vehicle because he sold a broken vehicle from his dealership. I also paid more for the front brakes to be replaced and he said I could come back whenever to have them replaced as he said "They still have a couple 1000 KM left before the front brakes need replacing" to come back after those thousand KM's. I then asked months later when I could come to his dealership/shop to have them replaced and he stated that he never said that & that he only meant 1-2 weeks after purchase, which was not what was said when making the deal of the vehicle. I also had a witness with me at the time of purchase.

Scammer advertised pots for sale which I purchased. Pots never arrived, raslap said it was at the mail office. I spoke to Canada post who said there is no such package. Radlap then said they will refund but 2 months later no refund. There was allot of back on forth emails regarding delivery and refund. It’s clearly a scam. They take money without an intention to deliver the product. I don’t think the product actually exists.

Advertisements on Facebook for free sample of face serum, just pay shipping of $5.98. Gave them credit card # and and when my billing came from credit card company they charged me $126.94 Called company and they said I had to pay because I agreed to continuous shipments, which I did not. I never spoke with anyone. As of today I received another pkg. from this company. Called credit company and gave them the details. I can’t believe these companies do this to people especially the elderly. I am 83. Thank you.

The scammer Diamond Nic on Facebook post told me the chair was $1000. After a few hours asked for additional $400 and confirmed this was refundable and last part of purchase. After another few hours asked for another $700 and confirmed was refundable. I contacted bank, money apps used, Facebook reports, the “so called delivery company” and contacted the “manager” Tommy Hood. After asking Diamond for a refund persistently, she confirm she would refund however, a refund never happened and was only saying it. I contacted Tommy Hood, he said the the wheelchair product in question was indeed $2500 not $1000 and after corresponding back and fourth he would not refund and cancel my order. He also said that if I don’t pay $1100 extra for “delivery” that I could forget the money I paid because I will never see it. I tried to contact Diamond yet again and she decided to use foul language and try to block me.

Can forward emails and conversations to BBB.

Hello my name is ryan and i'm in san francisco, california. While on the website facebook.com going through various information, a advertisement pop-up appeared on the site/screen. The ad was for a samsung 22ultra cell phone. For the cell phone only & not any service thru wireless companies. I thought that sounded terriffic. The cell phone in the advertisement sells for over $1,000. I tried to check out the site further, later after i placed the online order, paid with giftcard visa or mastercard the full amount, $29.99 - waited . Got a confirmation email stating the purchase went thru and the usual 2 - 4 weeks for shipping. About a couple of weeks later is when i started to follow up. Checked the email.....the link to the company is like a christmas site where they seem to only sell wreaths and x-mas stuff. The contact person for problems is [email protected]. We have been in contact for weeks....i ask where is the item. They produce a tracking # RG013243156CN. When you check the info, something was sent somewhere - like arizona. I'm in california, san francisco. On the side, it clearly showed my information. My address, what i bought. When i email to what the website says is Germany, yes - europe germany at [email protected] .....i get the response that'll look into it. I've had enough back and forth. I never want to cus them out or make threats. I want the thirty dollars or what i bought......of course ;)

Any help or information that will help is sought. Thank You. ......

I purchased a 2020 MacBook Pro from facebook marketplace. I waited patiently for it to arrive and i was in my classes when i received a notification saying it was delivered, but when i got home it was not there. this was on 04/17/23. After days of trying to do something i called fedex support and they notified me that the package that the mac book was shipped to wasn’t my house, this explains why it was signed from an unrecognized name and why my camera never caught the fedex truck. the seller hasn’t replied to any of my messages and facebook isn’t assisting me either.

Followed a page online for condo deals at various resorts in the Wisconsin Dells. Saw an ad for a presidential suite available for various weekends. Commented on the thread asking about a particular weekend. Received a message later saying all that was needed to

Boom was name, address, phone, email and that a Venmo request would be sent for funds. I decided to back out as the seller had no FB profile on marketplace with reviews and it seemed like a scam. Researching online I think it was.

Tried to purchase DEER ANTLERS in bulk. Was quoted $160, which included $20 shipping. Scammer then sent DM stating I should click on the link for another scammer - Global Freight Express. They demanded $420 for freight and that I would get $410 returned after the deer antlers arrived.
