I ordered 13 articles of clothing and received one ring. Have tried to communicate thru email. It must be an automated site. Keep getting my order was delivered, no response to the actual problem.

Ordered clothing, $40 was credited because they didn’t have items. Other items arrived, too small and wanted to return. They claim east returns. That is not true. At this point they have refused to send me the return label, address and return instructions. They offered 30% off if I keep the clothes. Why would I, they don’t fit! I have provided them everything they wanted to facilitate my return. they don’t respond

They should not be able to scam like this

I ordered a planter that seemed like a good deal, on Facebook. I thought that may offer me protection of some sort against a scam. After 7 weeks I received a small packet of seeds. Customer service responded (surprisingly) eventually stating they may have sent the wrong thing but suggesting what they sent was equal value. It’s a scam folks. Don’t get ******* like me.

I saw the ad on Facebook for outside Planters for plants and vegetables.

I ordered the 2 for 1 at $52.95 which included shipping.

After about 2 weeks I received a 3 in 1 Charging Cable. I looked up the product online and it retails for $1.29.

I am disputing the charge with my Credit Card Company and I have cancelled the card.

In december 2022. I purchased from company Z MASTERMINE PTE.LTD. Located in Singapur two sets of iron pots for $59.98. I never got my my purches but they informed my American express that package was delivered to my mail box. Mail box is for few letters not iron pots. American express determined that I am responisible for the amount in question since ZMaster provided them with false tracking number taht packige was delivered November 15th . I have sent emails to Z mastermine coustomer service many times and each time thay promised that they will send me new tracking number in a few days. That is going on and on from december 2022.

I was paying for a massage. I was told it would be $300 for 2 hours. I was asked to pay $150 to secure my appointment. Then i was asked to pay $300 for a security deposit which i would be refunded $150 after the massage. Then i was told to send her $200 for using her place. A compensation fee. After i refused to pay the compensation fee i requested a refund. She continued to ask for me to pay the fee. I continued to refuse and demanded my refund. She has stopped responding and has still not refunded me my money.

I was scammed by someone pretending to be a government official. The name on the account prior to my Facebook being taken was Agent Douglas Mark. First it started with a message from 2 other friends of mine who I'm assuming got scammed as well .. I shot them a email regarding this winning . I sent a photo of my ID. Within a couple minutes I started getting emails about all my login credentials being changed from my email and phone to my hackers. They turned on two factor authentication and everytime Facebook asks me to verify my id. They have a copy of my old one. I have had a new one made since then. Within a week I'm getting messages from people saying where is my ID because they're running scams under my account and sending drivers license out to people saying they are me. Which is beyond messed up. I went to the police. They said there's nothing they can do. Go get a new ID. I made a new Facebook to contact support and to confront my hacker. They made it where I can't even submit means of verification. To gain ownership back to my account Which I have messages from said person saying if I pay them 100 bucks they would fix it. I would just like access to my account . Those memories are far more than a 100 bucks. I'm dealing with grief. This is making it worse.

Purchase a dolly mover (motorcycle stand) and never received it, when I reached out to seller (EABDTI.com) I was provided with a tracking number to a package I never received. The USPS had a scanned picture of the envelope with the tracking number. After finally contacting seller I got the same response as the previous post. Need to send item (which I never received) back to address in China before I could a refund.

I purchased a blow up tent off of Facebook with a company out of China named Zoroba.com. The purchase was completed through what is documented as muyluna.com out of London. Tracking number ***********************. It is still showing in process, however today I received a cheap scarf from a Marc Cadicamo 1458 College Point Blvd College Point,NY 11356. I looked the information up and it has been deemed a scam. I would like a refund to my credit card.

He claimed the vehicle was in "perfect condition" but later found out he must have tampered with the vehicles computer system, turning off the vehicles check engine light. cost over $2000 in replacements for the vehicle because he sold a broken vehicle from his dealership. I also paid more for the front brakes to be replaced and he said I could come back whenever to have them replaced as he said "They still have a couple 1000 KM left before the front brakes need replacing" to come back after those thousand KM's. I then asked months later when I could come to his dealership/shop to have them replaced and he stated that he never said that & that he only meant 1-2 weeks after purchase, which was not what was said when making the deal of the vehicle. I also had a witness with me at the time of purchase.

I placed an order with Clothing Boutique online on 4/2/23 for seven items of clothing. I used my Credit card to pay for these items, and the payment was processed on my credit card the next day. I received a tracking number and when I ched the tracking # it stated that the package had been delivered to my mailbox on 4/22/23. No package was ever delivered to my mailbox or my house.

They hacked a friends fb account texted me saying I was on a winners list that to contact this person and then got back to me say if I gave 300 on apple card I would receive 50 grand and a phone for a prize then wanted more money I taut was legit as my friend fb jeep messaging me also

The scammer reached out to me via one of my family members, Facebook messenger accounts, claiming that she had received $165,000 and was encouraging me to click on a link so I could go apply for the same grant. It was called the family support grant. She gave me the individuals contact information which I included in the link.

Scammer advertised pots for sale which I purchased. Pots never arrived, raslap said it was at the mail office. I spoke to Canada post who said there is no such package. Radlap then said they will refund but 2 months later no refund. There was allot of back on forth emails regarding delivery and refund. It’s clearly a scam. They take money without an intention to deliver the product. I don’t think the product actually exists.

Advertisements on Facebook for free sample of face serum, just pay shipping of $5.98. Gave them credit card # and and when my billing came from credit card company they charged me $126.94 Called company and they said I had to pay because I agreed to continuous shipments, which I did not. I never spoke with anyone. As of today I received another pkg. from this company. Called credit company and gave them the details. I can’t believe these companies do this to people especially the elderly. I am 83. Thank you.

The scammer Diamond Nic on Facebook post told me the chair was $1000. After a few hours asked for additional $400 and confirmed this was refundable and last part of purchase. After another few hours asked for another $700 and confirmed was refundable. I contacted bank, money apps used, Facebook reports, the “so called delivery company” and contacted the “manager” Tommy Hood. After asking Diamond for a refund persistently, she confirm she would refund however, a refund never happened and was only saying it. I contacted Tommy Hood, he said the the wheelchair product in question was indeed $2500 not $1000 and after corresponding back and fourth he would not refund and cancel my order. He also said that if I don’t pay $1100 extra for “delivery” that I could forget the money I paid because I will never see it. I tried to contact Diamond yet again and she decided to use foul language and try to block me.

Can forward emails and conversations to BBB.
