Waited for order to arrive after a 30 day waiting period. I sent a email indicating my order had not arrived. Was told it had been delivered to said address. Received a response about maybe having to order resent and now it has been 3 months and it indicates I have received The package and I have had nothing delivered.

I posted in a local Facebook group that I was in search of a plumber. Someone recommended this company, said they had done a lot of work for them and were reasonably priced. I didn’t see a number on their business page so I sent them a message through Facebook Messenger. We set a time for them to come out that day and I paid a deposit of $100 for the work. They never showed up and have not responded to my messages since. I can’t get the money back from the bank because it was a transfer using Zelle. They also have my address.

Facebook posted stuff from Amazon that was on sell. Stuff I needed so. I bought it hook line and sinker. Than on another occasion I did the same thing but with an Amazon pallet. I had bought one a couple of years ago and I got one that had good products. But both of these never received!!

She asked a lot of questions and sent pictures and videos! Very convincing!

She said they needed $250 for delivery, with the rest to be paid upon delivery. Then they needed an additional $500 for a crate rental for the delivery that was "refundable"

But they accept Bitcoin and prepaid cards or other less traceable payments.

On July 7th i saw a post on facebook claiming you could buy a kids play house for $15, shortly after i received an email stating i had signed up for a sweepstakes and will be charged $75 monthly, i immediately called the number in the email and told them to please cancel the subscription as i thought i was buying a playhouse, i was assured it was canceled. Today on July 17th i was charged $73.67, i called the number back and asked them why i was still charged if i canceled, i was informed by a supervisor that i actually had purchased 2 subscriptions somehow, and that they will cancel it this time but i will not get a refund for either charge

I purchased a jumpsuit online on June 5, 25 from a company that I later found out to be HongKong YJ Trade Co., Limited. I never received the merchandise. I have had numerous emails back and forth with the company only to be told that they are checking with the logistic company to find out where my package is. I have repeatedly asked for a refund. I filed a complain with Papal on June 24, 25. This is still under review with no solution. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY!!!!

I went on facebook to buy a car from a site called cheap and affordable cars for sale the gentlemen called me and told me to put 500 dollars down then he called back saying he needs 600 for tags then he called back saying he needs 400 to bring the car on july 8 at 8am 1 pm he calls back saying he got stopped by the police and he needs 150 for insurance I have all the messages

They advertised through Facebook that they had Biglot inventory they were selling at a very low price. I selected approx 6 items to purchase. Gave them my credit card information on 5/6/25. I received confirmation they received my order with a confirmation order number, I have contact them approx 6 time checking on the status, they stated the package was delivered on 6/7/25 and told me to check my mailbox. I responded and told them the items were not received and would have had to be delivered to my front porch because the order would not fit in my mailbox. I have cameras on my front porch and around the house and the package was never delivered. They told me that they dispatched the delivery request and it was no longer their problem and have refused to refund my money after numerous attempts correspondences with them.

Facebook advertisement to sell OHMAHA STEAKS bundle of chicken and Beef bundle. You pay with your credit card and then you get a verification e-mail looking like it is from Ohama Steaks. Your spam folder identifies it as dangerous to click on. You also got an email from pay pal indicating a sale of a desk, which is not what you ordered.

Scammer impersonated a celebrity on Facebook and engaged in conversation with mother-in-law to establish a "relationship" which ultimately is a form of social engineering. Eventually, requested assistance to resolve some personal legal problems and attempts to sell VIP meet-and-greet experiences. Attempted to move conversations to a separate platform, WhatsApp and Zangi. Funds were exchanged via gift cards. Scammer also eventually created a fraudulent email account trying to impersonate my mother-in-law, a fraudulent Facebook profile, and applied for personal loans and checking/savings accounts at Sofi and Capital One.

Reporting this to hopefully prevent a similar situation from happening to them or their loved ones. There are multiple celebrity impersonators looking to prey on elderly. Be diligent and inform your loved ones to recognize these types of scams. Be quick to freeze you credit reports and place a fraud alert with the three credit bureaus for free (Experian, Equifax, and Transunion).

Found some beautiful coffee cups online so ordered four of them as gifts. Paid with my credit card and three weeks later the package shows up. I opened one of the four boxes inside and found a cup-very crudely made – not at ALL what was pictured and what I thought was buying. There was a phone number on the label that I called in Los Angeles, which was a nonworking number. I was going to call and explain to them what happened and return the package for a refund.

They advertise on Facebook with all information. You don't know the company selling the item until after purchasing and payment is made. Item is advertised to ship in 3 to 5 days. It took a month to get to me. The item was an oximeter that you can buy anywhere, Not the item advertised which was a LAOZIK glucose advanced Laser monitor for checking blood sugar. They will not refund your payment and do not want the item back. They offer ridiculous refunds and stall to settle anything.
