Seller described and had pictures of retractable rachet straps, what was received was a rachet strap that was not retractable and did not have hooks to use it. It can only be used around a barrel. Then when asking for a refund or exchange for the correct product that stated delivery was longer than 7 days and beyond their policy.

Facebook webpage https://www.facebook.com/patrick.jones.750917/about_details is a fake page with a Caucasian shown to be Patrick Jones. Patrick Jones is actually an older Black man who shows up as sent by Patrick Jones. He is ready to start the job with a few 2x4 boards (about $25 worth) and some scrap plastic. He nails stakes in the ground and attaches the 2x4 boards to the stakes. Most of which do not even touch the ground. Lays down the used plastic, which is not enough to cover the area that is to be concreted. He says that he will provide more plastic and the wire when the concrete arrives. At this point, he collects half the labor money for the job. In this case, it was $980. He was to have the concrete delivered the next morning. Once he collects the money, he cannot get the concrete delivered. He stall until he eventually tells you that he will not return. He never returns.

I placed the order from what was supposed to be Joann's going out of business sale. I never received any of the items and I have a long list of emails with every excuse there is. They use terms like logistics, sorry for your loss we lost too ETC! All responses were emails. This has been ongoing for months. I tried to upload the emails but it doesn't want to co-operate.

He contacted me through a post on Facebook saying he was a plumber and could install my water softener. He came to my house and gave me a bid for the job. He asked for money upfront to purchase parts. Initially, I paid him $150 via Venmo for the parts. He called me the day before we scheduled the actual install requesting 50 more dollars for one more part he needed to purchase. I paid him the additional $50. He did not show up the next day at the scheduled time of the water softener install and did not respond to my text messages that day or the next day. I called him from my fiancé’s cell phone and he responded until he found out. It was me contacting him. He is no longer responding to my fiancé’s phone number. I have requested my money back through Venmo to which he has not responded.

Scammer derall johanson runs a FB group that is all foreigners. She claims to have male schnauzers and golden retrievers. She claimed my $300 would be refunded if unhappy when dog arrived. Then said the rest of money had to be paid before puppy left when she said originally we could pay when he arrives. Then at supposed shipping company they tried to add $700 refundable fee to bring the pup. Promised it was all set to go. We lost Alot of money in the process . Do not trust them!

IT WAS FACEBOOK AD TO BUY CLOTHING AT A GREAT PRICE. AND AT 1ST GAVE ME A TRACKING NUMBER THEN THE CLOTHES NEVER ARRIVED. AFTER A MONTH I FINALLY GOT THE MESSAGE THAT I HAD BEEN DELIVED AND NOTHING DID, SO I CONTACTED THEM THRU EMAIL AND "RE SEND" THE ITEMS WITH A NEW TRACKING NUMBER AND EXPIDITED MAILING AND AGAIN NOTHING AFTER ANOTHER MONTH OF WAITING. SO THEN I EMAILED THEM AGAIN AND SAID THEY WERE GOING TO REFUND ME THE MONEY BUT IT WILL TAKE UP TO A MONTH DUE TO THE BANKS AND STILL NOTHING . SO NOW THAT I TRY TO EMAIL THEM IT SAYS ERROR ON THE EMAIL IT CANNOT BE DELIVED, SO I GOT SCREWED OUT OF MONEY AND THE "CLOTHING".

This person came to me via Facebook market place and messenger, asking me for my price range in a rental. So he shows me a picture of the house insides. And address. Tells me all about the rental and how he's not intrested so much in the money, just wants the tenant to keep clean. Do a on line check on me and my info, at a fee of 70$. That's when I came to you guys. And also checked there is one other person that this person scammed.

Watched the Oprah video on Facebook. She appeared with a “Doctor” who made what sounded like credible claims about the pink salt trick, but promised an enhanced formula. I paid $294.00 for 6 bottles of this “formula” which is supposed to make you lose weight quickly without the side effects of semaglutide or other GLP-1’s. They offer coaching but don’t tell you what that’s going to cost. Well, the email addresses they provide for you to return this product (no hassle guaranteed returns) are bogus. They are [email protected] and [email protected]. Neither of these work. I sent a text to my “coach” and also an email to him. I didn’t really expect an answer. I suspect I’ll have to hash this out with my credit card company.

I watched a Facebook "ad" featuring Oprah Winfrey. It was very convincing, but I later learned that there are other Oprah ads that are identical to this one, but with different weight loss meds, docs and claims. My attempts to reach customer service are not working. I was told initially that I would receive a refund confirmation within 15 minutes after my request, but I never received it. I did receive multiple messages saying that the order is shipping. I've lost faith in Facebook ads.
