I order Mini watercolor paint set for valentine day January 10 in time for my grandson CLASS. they aversive 30 but I only received 1 February 13, 2026. which was too late because it needed to be in the classroom that day. school was almost over. so, there was no need for it anymore. I reached out to them for a refund and got nothing but a runaround. it's now March 9th and still nothing from them so now I'm reporting it to the BBB.

I purchased a 'book' coffee mug. After almost a month of not receiving the item the company stated that it would send a replacement. The replacement was 'undeliverable'. When requesting a refund the company is telling me that they would refund me minus shipping charges for the 'undeliverable' item. I expressed my dissatisfaction with their resolve but have gone ignored.

I ordered a hardcopy book (The Hatural Healing Handbook) from an ad on Facebook.com.

An aditional Herbal remedies book was ordered.

Neither book was shipped or delivered. I lost $34.80.

I link to a download file was sent.

When I requeted a refund or cancelation the vender threatened legal action. I tried to contact them at [email protected].

I saw a Facebook ad on Facebook.com for Prismacolor pencils. I ordered 2 sets at $14.99 each, costing me $40 in total, which was a total money lost of $40. Now they are charging me $8.99 for a service I never agreed to. They falsely advertised on Facebook and used false individual accounts attesting to the validity of the offer.

I took an IQ test through FB page. It asked for $0.50 and I paid. Nowhere did it indicate a recurring charge or subscription, but I have been charged $29.99 rach of the last 3 months with no way to cancel - website and email arr useless.

I tried to order shapewear on 12/22/25. The money was taken from my bank. I received an email saying my order was delivered on 12/22/25. The same day I ordered it. When I try to track the order it is a china company says unable to locate order.

I was looking for house rentals on Facebook. I inquired about one them. Before I could set an appointment, he wanted me to apply at Transunion for a credit check and send him a screen shot of the credit check. I checked his Facebook book page. No info, no friends. I did not continue further with him.

The person claim to be sharon morphines, asked to pay for the adoption fee first before adopting, then wanted $199.00. kept wanting me to pay up. And there was multiple account names on chime Garth G, Lisa Addington, Melanda Broaddus, and then I proceeded the payment. And then wanted to pay up the adoption fee sheet that turned out to be fake. I was worried I didn't know if I was gonna get a kitten so I decided to call a real pet transportation only to find out that this was a scam.

I bought bra's from them that I saw on Facebook in July, and the last tracking information for the package was Sept 9, 2025, stuck in St. John's, I contacted the company and they emailed me saying that their delivery company confirmed that it would be sent, at the end of Sept 2025, I contacted them again as it was still stuck in St. John's. again they said it was on its way. At the end of Oct 2025, I asked for a refund as it had been 4 months and they had the nerve to ask me to pay for the shipping cost they lost, and the only offered me $7.00 in a refund, but wanted $10.00 to cover the lost shipping. I explained that I was not sending them any more money and the lost package was not my fault

I had ordered eight items from this companyRUNLORA. ALL WERE JUDY BLUE JEANS. ORDER PLACED OCTOBER 3. IT IS NOW NOVEMBER I HAD AN EMAIL THAT SAYS THE ORDER HAD SHIPPED BUT HAVE YET RECEIVED IT WHEN I CLICK ON THE TRACKING INFORMATION. IT GOES TO TRACK 718 AND IT DOES NOT SHOW IT BEING DELIVERED TO THE LAST DESTINATION, EMAIL THESE PEOPLE MULTIPLE TIMES AND ALL THEY SAY IS IT’S BEEN SHIPPED.

Just the same as what I have read on the ScamPulse.com site. They sent inferior quality clothing. They advertised as made in the US. They refused to give tracking info. I tried to cancel the order not long after ordering. They said it had already shipped do I could not cancel. Weeks later finally got tracking info that it had just shipped and was in China. They are only offering $6 refund. I refuse saying I want a full refund. I fidpoted the transaction with the credit card. They still will not refund me. This is a total scam and misadvertiding.
