On Facebook, I saw an advertisement for a travel bag which was called “Weekender Bag”. This was being advertised by one of the ladies that star on “Shark Tank”. I took screenshots of my order, I sent a email to ([email protected]) when I noticed I had not received my package. After reviewing the status it show that it was delivered on February 7th, 2025 by a carrier called “17 Track”. I sent an email stating that I never received my packages. They asked me to check with my neighbors, which I did, and I also provided video footage of that day where no one had delivered any packages to my door. They had stated they will send me out my new packages and that I would be notified me as to when they were shipped and that I could keep track of it with their carrier.”17 Tracker”. On March 22, 2025 I received notification that my packages was delivered. No one ever came to my door and I checked with my neighbors and none of them received my package. I emailed this company back and asked if I could have my funds back.

I was on a facebook page https://www.facebook.com/search/top?q=free%20harbor%20freight%20jack to purchase a Jack.. When I filled out the information it took my card. When I looked at my credit card charge it shows the Cravenovel website. I contacted them to have my money refunded and they stated they can't do that. I am not so concerned about the $9.95 but more concerned how long its going on and that others are getting scammed.

Support: We understand your concern regarding the $9.95 charge, and we sincerely apologize for any confusion.

After reviewing your account, I can confirm that the charge is for our E-Book Service, which provides access to thousands of downloadable e-books. Our terms and conditions state that all sales are final, and we are unable to issue refunds for these charges.

However, I have gone ahead and canceled your subscription to ensure that no further charges will occur.

If you have any other questions or need further clarification, please feel free to reach out.

Best regards,

Steffanie

I purchased hearing aids. Received the items and tried them out - they did not work - I contacted them within 2 days of receipt requesting a return label.

I sent many emails requesting the return label with no response and then I stated to get advertising emails f rom the same email.

Still have NOT been able to reach anyone and have not received the label.

This Company is a SCAM and needs to be reported to avoid other people getting scammed - they do NOT respond and DO NOT support their return policy.

I wanted a bearded dragon for my birthday and looked on social media. I found this breeder on Facebook who had recent posts and videos. Contacted Tony who told me that it would be $300 total and I would need to put down a registration fee. I initially put down $100 on 2/12 and then gave an additional $200 on 3/7. From there, he requested an additional $300 for shipping and I said I could only do $78 which he took. I got confirmation via tracking number (DRS043645269066-CARGO) on 3/13 that the bearded dragon was dropped off at the shipping company. It was successfully registered on 3/13. At 1929 on 3/13 Jarred said there was a compulsory charge of $120 for the enclosure which would be refundable. At 0005 on 3/14, he said we would need to send a payment for "stamps" which was an additional $224 which would also be refunded in the morning once the dragon was dropped off. 0048 he said

"Access denied" via text and that I would need to pay a late fee of $115 to the same account that the $224 was sent to. I said no and contacted the bearded dragon company who said he would pay the $115. He was able to gather $65

but would need help with the additional $50 which was sent at 1609 on 3/14

which brings my total from the originally quoted $300 to $772. Tony claimed that FedEx attempted to deliver the dragon to our front door, but we have a doorbell camera that did not pick up any motion. He sent two stock photos, one of the outside of my apartment and the second of a Fed Ex truck in another state. When we asked Jarred where the dragon was over the phone, he said the dragon was still in Washington being held since the funds were not sent. Tony told us he would need an additional $50 for city permits to allow us to pick up the dragon, even though we were told minutes before that the dragon was still in Seattle. From there, we told him we would like our money back. I reported these concerns to my bank as well. All of these interactions were done via text and Facebook Messenger and all messages have been saved for both individuals. An additional scammer on the side wanted an additional $50 but the money was not sent (7606529855). I also placed one phone call to Jarred this evening, 3/14, to attempt to get his supervisor's name and phone number which was not given to me. Jarred is also threatening to turn me in to the local police in Seattle for "pet abandonment" if I do not send him more money. On the bearded dragon Facebook page, it also says that they're located in Louisville, KY.

Joann Fabrics Store advertised their bankruptcy on Facebook claiming to give away overstock of sewing machines for $9.49 shipping. Claimed I won the sewing machine. I put my card #in for the shipping cost, got redirected to another page to find out I signed up for some monthly charge to my debit card for on going shipping discounts. I called this number, 844-579-2314 to dispute this scam. They returned my $9.49, told me I will not be charged again in the future. I received an email confirmation to the cancelation. I noticed $97.18 withdrawn from my checking account for an order placed on 3/13/25 for an item called Funtoysforimagination. Knowing this was not my doing, I called the number to investigate, I discovered it's the same scam as the sewing machine scam mentioned earlier. Once again I was told I would be refunded 35% of my money. I told the woman I was speaking to (Charmin), I am calling the ScamPulse.com to report this scam. She said no there is no need to do that we will refund your $97.18 and there will be no future charges. I received a second email confirmation the same as the one I received for the $9.49 charge. I never ordered, intentionally signed up for nor received anything with these people.

The incident started with an advertisement on Facebook. I all started with me placing an order for and offer on Preservea for a vegetable/cheese grater if you ordered 2 it was cheaper. I ordered 2 and received confirmation of my order including a picture of what I ordered on the confirmation. I placed my order on 2/8/2025 in the amount of $53.90 and paid via credit card. However, there shortly afterwards I received notification that PayPal charged my account $67.13. I called PayPal to inquire why it went through them because I entered my order with the company directly with a credit card. PayPal crdited me the difference and only charged me the $53.90. Then, I started getting numerous e-mails with tracking updates which indicated my order was being processed in Sweden then Switzerland to customs. After reaching the US and customs it was finally shipped via uniuni transit. It went from customs in the US to Montana. On 3/12/25 my package arrived. When I opened my door to retrieve the package, I thought to myself there was no way 2 of what I ordered was in the shipping envelope the size that it was. Low and behold I did not receive what I ordered I received 2 far less quality and size of what I originally ordered. If you removed the blade cylinders, it was something of a toy for a toddler. I immediately sent an e-mail to [email protected]. I also contacted PayPal to report that I felt I was a victim of bait & switch or a shipping error. PayPal said they would check into it. I also contacted my credit card company to report possible fraud because I have sent Preservea 3 e-mails with no response including pictures what I received vs what I ordered. Come to find out the posting on my credit card account was from UnhyyTech Co. LTD. This also lead me to cancel my credit card and have a new one issued. They said if a credit does get posted in the future it will reflect on the new card issued. I sent that same information to PayPal. I received a couple responses from PayPal offering to compensate me with $16. They also said they made contact with Preservea and they told PayPal I received what I ordered. So not true. Here I am with product that isn't even worth $5 each, I probably won't be able to give them away. I also found out there is no return address. Not to mention that route would be way too costly for me to even think to do so. I also contacted Preservea on their site on Facebook and commented that I did not receive the correct items I ordered. Only to see shortly afterwards that they deleted my comment along with many other comments that were either an inquiry about the product or other comments. They only kept comments that stated they loved the product. I have every e-mail regarding my order confirmation, tracking & my e-mails to them. In addition, I have my e-mails to PayPal and photos of what I received vs what I ordered and of the comment I made that was deleted. I also noticed today that there were several other companies and demonstrators advertising the same thing on Facebook I took a screenshot of them as well. When I ordered it was a man doing the demonstration, but the postings now are all women doing the demonstrating. Something is not above board here and I would like buyer beware be posted. I don't have high hopes that this will ever be resolved.
