Car sale scammer through Facebook marketplace

I was helping my friend trying to by a vehicle off of Facebook through a man named Jhon Phone number (680) 910-8099 . He said that he had a dealership and that he sold cars. We went to look at the vehicle which was a 2009 Kia Sportage · LX Sport Utility 4D. We went to his place that is located at 120 N Geddes Syracuse New York 13204 and he told us that he will need the money to do DMV paperworks, insurance quote and kind like to reserve the car so he wont lose while he do gestión, and that the car will be ready in a few days.we pay 3000 in cash and is being a month calling and always is an excuse, the car appears to be sold in market place few days after the deal. now he doesn’t answer his phone and we still trying to contact to get the money. This business is a total fraud and should be turn down to stop them from scamming people.

Me and my wife tried to by a vehicle off of Facebook through a man named (NAME). He said that he had a dealership and that he sold cars. I went to look at the vehicle which was a 2008 Honda Odyssey. I looked it over and was ready to purchase. I was told he needed cash when I said at the time I had cash app. He said that would be an acceptable form of payment. I sent him the 4500 through cash app and was told that I should be getting the car in about a week. Me and my wife waited and every time there was an appointment to get the car registered from DMV there was a new excuse. I waited two months nothing happened then I asked for my refund. I have been getting sporadic payments for the last few months now.
