An Etsy shop hosted by Kimberly Tsan listed a tarot deck with guidebook for pre-order on their website, which I purchased through the shop on their website. I paid for the deck June 28 and finally received the item last week, October 14. The package did not include a guidebook. I verified both their website and Kickstarter clearly show photos of the guidebook. The website clearly states that it is included: "comes with 44 cards, a 302-paged guidebook". I contacted the creator immediately, Oct 14, to let them know about this problem and offered to return this package if needed to receive a replacement. They asked for photos, which I sent. They followed up again are refusing to offer any sort of refund or replacement, even if I return the package I received at my own expense. Since I replied to that to again express disappointment and ask about possible resolutions, they have quit responding.
