I hired David Pokryfki from ExteriorGrae in September 2020 for a new deck and a screen door. The cost for the deck with labor and material was $4200, the screen door labor and material $458. I was told it would take 3-5 days for my deck. It took about 3 weeks to complete. My receipt states cleanup and trash removal was included. My deck wasn't installed correctly, he used the wrong wood and screws. David never pulled the city permits needed for the job! David left all the trash behind and under the deck as well! My screen door handle wasn't installed correctly.All his work suppose to have an one year warranty. He will not answer the phone or return phone calls nor emails!

I called another contractor out to look at the job. I was told the whole deck need to be torn down because the balance beams isn't secured! Exteriorgrae homes is his facebook page David is still scamming jobs, people are posting comments about his work. But the comments are getting deleted quickly. Please beware of David Pokryfki
