The website never would work for me. So, I requested to cancel within a few hrs of my initial 7 day trial purchase. I could not cancel it myself because I never could access the site. The agent kept avoiding my requests and kept repeating himself for me to log in to the account. I continued to explain that I was unable.

Then, after 7 days of back and forth, I was charged for the first full month. Upon requesting the refund because I had already requested cancelation and the account should not have been charged to begin with, they continue to tell me no refunds allowed. I've exchanged email with 3 agents... All refusing to refund money that should never have been debited because I requested cancelation. There are over 30 emails. I have requested to speak on the phone and they have told me there's not a phone I can call... Email only.

It's been a month and we have daily emails of them telling me they won't refund the money that they took illegally out of my account!
