- New York, NY, USA • Jan 26, 2024

Contacted by United Automotive Services and was advised that unless I provided VIN and vehicle mileage by 1/26/24 my factory warranty would expire. They used urgent distressing verbiage in the letter to rush the action. The "program coordinator" Paul Friedrick states they (UAS) reserve the right to revoke my eligibility if I don't respond. I called my car dealership and they said they knew nothing about this and that my purchased extended warranty was in place. DO NOT GIVE THESE PEOPLE YOUR INFORMATION!
