"I spent over $238 ordering things for my dog from Express Pet, who advertised the product with a photo and included ID and documentation. However, after waiting for over a month, they didn't send me the exact photo I had ordered. I had also provided my dog's weight, which was 18 pounds, but I received the incorrect size, and it didn't come with the ID or documentation as advertised. It felt like they just gave me something to placate me. After two months of waiting, I had to take action to get my refunds back."

I used them last year and got a notice to renew my ESA letters. I only need it for TRAVEL so I renewed for $89 but only received a HOUSING letter. It was only after I contacted their customer support regarding not receiving my travel letter that they THEN told me airlines don’t accept ESA letters anymore. They provided the link to the Dept of Transportation. The TRUTH is you can got on the DOT website and register your dog as a Service Animal for free. You fill out the form, and print it out. Airlines accept that. I did not need Express Pet Certify.
But this company advertises travel and housing letters , but FAILS to tell you up front about the fact esa letters are no longer accepted for air travel. They take your money, send you a letter you did not request (housing), then REFUSE to refund your money. This is a “Bait and Switch” scam.

This company claims to set you up with a counseling session w/a physician and can provide a therapy dog certificate. I had to pay for it twice! I filed a complaint with them and requested my money back after my apartment told me this is a fraudulent company and cannot accept their emailed cert. They never had a Dr. call me, just sent me a certificate. THIS IS NOT HOW YOU GET A DOG THERAPY CERT!!!! They took my money and never gave it back. I had to a complaint w/my credit card each time they tried to take a payment. I also keep getting emails and text about getting certified still!!!!!

Express Pet Certify promises to connect the customer with a credible mental health professional who will evaluate them and provide a "Emotional Support Animal" letter, if indicated.

In reality, Express Pet Certify operates a dummy medical business called "Wellness Clinica" that it uses to issue automatically generated ESA letters. These letters specify an address that corresponds to a UPS Store in a shopping center in Michigan -- i.e., a P.O. Box. The phone number is monitored by a third-party call center who has no means of contacting the actual business. Emails are not answered.

If you look at the business's terms of service, you'll discover a number of clauses dedicated to intimidating customers and discouraging them from reporting the scam. Once you give this company your money, you will not get it back and you will not get the evaluation or the letter that was advertised.

Avoid at all costs.

I was looking online for an Emotion Support Letter, for my cat, to help with housing and travel. I came across this Website expresspetcertify.com, at first is seemed legit, live chat open, answering all my questions. It was great, really enjoyed talking to the Agent Ro_____, that same day I made a purchase of 115 dollars, I was okay with it and again lucky spoke with Ro______, she refunded the 75 for the ESA gear but offered to send tags and ID for free so that was a bonus. This is the second day so far with this service. I log in to the website and it’s awful, nothing works from update personal info to websites customer support. I message them over and over just so they can tell me they never received anything. Respond time was never, I literally had to send about 5-8 of the same message within a course of a week just for them to reply with just a sentence or two, while I sent them a whole paragraph of questions, concerns and much more. I honestly felt ignore, I even tried their website number and it send me to who knows where. It doesn’t match this website description. I get no human respond just automated messages... I tried updated my payment info and no respond from them my payment was due the 28, I’ve been trying since the 21st
