Name of product = Seamed Front Wide Leg Jeans - VINTAGE INDIGO/Petite/M ($34.99) and Seamed Front Wide Leg Jeans - ECRU/Petite/M ($34.99)
- Total dollar amount in dispute = $68.58 USD
- Date of transaction = April 30, 2023
- Issue = The 2 pairs of jeans I received on June 15, 2023, are not at all what is pictured online. Their refund/returns page (https://www.exercisek.com/pages/return-refund-policy) says that I should be able to return them for a refund - but they are refusing.
- Attempts to resolve issue = emails sent: 6/18/23, 6/19/23, 6/20/23 (x2), 6/21/23, 6/23/23, 6/27/23, and 6/28/23. I've asked for a return address, a full refund, a manger's email/phone number - both emailed to: [email protected] and [email protected] - they are refusing to help.
