The following week I noticed a charge on my same Paypal account for $89.95 from the same place ?

I emailed them and asked what is was for and they sent me back this email: "

Dear Valued Customer,

We kindly ask you to call our customer service center at 1-(866) 979-9572 during our business hours Monday - Sunday 8am-6pm (PST) and one of our customer service agents can assist you with this matter.

I can't remember what this was for?? There are 2 items that showed up on my account for $5.80 and $89.95 for this order number. Can you tell me what they were?? Or I will have to file a refund claim with Paypal..

So, I called th number (877) 933-4182 and ask what it was for and the girl said , in broken english, that is was for a subscription that I signed for. When I asked her what subscription and got some crazy answer that I could not make sence of. So I told her just refund my account I didn't sign anything like that. Then it started:

First she said I coud not get my refund. I complained and said I will report them to Paypal and she said let me talk to the boss and put me on hold for a few minutes.

She came back and offed me a 35% refund, I said no and I want all the money back.

Then we argued for awhile and she said let me talk to my boss and put me on Hold agian.

She came back in a few minutes and offeded me 60% back, I said no again and I want all the money back or I will report you to Payal. Again the same = let me talk to my boss. Now she says OK we will refund only the $89.95 I said OK. But then she said Just say YES to this " If I refund the money you will not report us to PAYPAY. ".

I tried many time to say "YES if you refund the money" over and over but only the Word YES was acceptable to here, I think she was recording that for some reason? I finally said YES and she sent me an email that they will refund the money. Here is that email:"

So here I am waiting for the refund , It is not on Paypal yet.

SO I searched for a scam on the internet and found this terrible news.

I will give them a few days before I report it to Paypal, but as you can see others have gone through about the same thing with them.

The question is How are they getting credit approval to charge Paypal accounts when my account has a 2 step sigh on ?
