They take your money and give excuses for delivery as the weeks pass by and I personally got fed up and gave up and asked for a refund repeatedly (maybe about 5-10 emails asking for the funds to be returned) they initially also gave me a run around like . well the order has been shipped already and we apologise for the delay due to back orders etc but it has been shipped , gave me a tracking ID that has yet to work accurately and after the deadlines had elapsed, they give another excuse saying they are sorry - I gave them an ultimatum saying if I didnt receive the supplement by Sep 29 I wanted to cancel - they acknowledged this and then the day cam and passed and I got hit with 'I am sorry I cannot authorise refunds but will escalate to the team managers' - this went on for another 2 weeks where they were replying but vaguely and then all of a sudden when I kept insisting on a refund of my funds, they completely stopped replying - Trust Pilot reviews (a slew of them) say the same thing but I really want to make sure they cannot go on scamming innocent people and so am also posting about this here. I have included some... just some of all the requests made to the fraudulent company asking for a refund so you can see screen shots of the emails I sent plus one where you can see repeated requests to address my issue and resolve and there is actually more.
