I ordered a Evolved Charger off Instagram. I immediately tried to cancel the order when I realized it would not arrive in time. I emailed them and they said it has already shipped so could not cancel. I asked if I could return it unused/unopened and they said yes, within 30 days. Once the charger arrived (much later than timeframe stated online), I inquired about a return online. It directs you to put in an order number. When I do this, it says it is outside the 30 day window.. which is not true. I emailed them over 20 times asking for help. I either don't get a response, or I get a response that says please refer to our return policy.. totally unhelpful. I went online for their phone number and a robot takes a message. Total scam.
