EverHome Labradors (from everhomelabradors.com) posted on two Facebook groups advertising dogs that they are raising for sale, as well as specifically one of two dogs they raised which were subsequently returned back- Milo. The breeder requested that I complete an online form with questions about our home and routine, as well as answer some high level questions regarding my level of dog expertise. The breeder then requested 250 dollars (the total I lost) sent via Zelle or Apple Pay to their accountant to hold the dog, with a total payment of 650 due at the release of the dog. They sent a contract and then later demanded a transfer of ownership to occur prior to the dog being released. I tried to contact them at [email protected].
