Paid application fee for a home but was ghosted and then archived.
On 04/08/26, I was finally able to speak with someone and they advised that my applicator would be assigned to someone and I should hear back today (04/08/26) or tomorrow.
No one called me or emailed me to follow up on my application, out of no where, I get an email (on 04/08/26) saying my application will be archived because they haven’t from me me.
I called multiple times and finally got someone again who said my application was archived and they moved on to the next applicant…
I’m reporting this as a scam because they never contacted me regarding my application. They never gave an update or anything.
I keep calling the application assistance line, and cannot get in contact with anybody.
