I called this company for help to get a car key replaced when I called the customer service asked make model and everything so I told them I then asked how much around it would be. They told me 120 I said oh okay that’s great and they would have a technician contact me. He calls me and tells me 45 min. I then wait and after 45 the customer service call me and ask if he’s there I say no because he wasn’t. She said she would contact him and he would call me. He never did. I called multiple times because it had been over an hour and a half and I had places to be. He then calls me and tells me he’d be there in 20 min. At this point it’s been almost 2 hrs. He finally shows up and I ask how much after tax it’s be… yea almost 700$ I ask why and mention they told me 120 he said oh yea that happens all the time. He tells me I can call around so I say okay I will and I’ll be right back. He then starts on the car so when I come out he tells me he is in the middle of it and can’t stop. And I’ll have to pay him either way.

This company is a scam

Called them to help me with a key broken in a lock. Lady who answered the phone was incredibly rude to me which should have ended my interaction with them. I’m told they can have a tech to me in an hour. The hour passes, tech calls and says he’s stuck in traffic he’ll be there in 20. No worries. Lady who answered the phone the first time calls asking if he’s there, I say no, and she tells me she’ll get ahold of him then get back to me. Never hear from either of them again. I have to go somewhere at this point, so I call to cancel. Over 3 hours is too long to wait when they were supposed to be there within 1. The dude who answered the phone won’t accept the cancellation but I tell him I have to leave and I don’t want them to come anymore and hang up. Two hours later he calls me multiple times saying the tech is at my house. I remind him that I cancelled the service and I’m not home, hang up on him. He calls me back again and starts telling me that I need to pay a fee and is trying to charge me for a service I never got. They strung me on for 5 hours then tried to get me to agree to pay them for the privilege of waiting around all day for them to show. Don’t use these guys, don’t trust them in your home.

Shameful Preying on People

While traveling for work I locked my keys in the car, far from home and anyone who could help. I Googled locksmith + [town I was in] and Evergreen was the first to come up and it said they could be there in 15 minutes. I was in a rush, was having a bad morning already, so I just went with them. I've been berating myself ever since for not taking a moment to think. They were shady as heck. Never asked to even see identification, or verify that it was my car. Then, once the car is already opened, they tell me the cost which was exorbitant. When I pulled out my credit card, I was then informed that there was a 5% service fee for paying with a card. WHAT!? You are already charging me an arm and a leg, no one carries cash anymore, and certainly not that much, so now you're taking advantage of me even further?! SHAME ON YOU!

My 16 yr old son accidentally locked his keys in the car at school. I called this company and the man who answered told me $29.99 for them to help. I said that's it? He said yes so I agreed to have a technician come out to help my son. Once he arrived the price jumped to $120. I told my son to tell him to go home. We'll call a friend. And with the tech there my son had me on speaker when I called the company number to complain who refused to help or honor the price originally given to me or negotiate a different price. After hanging up with the office apparently they called the tech and told the tech he has to charge at minimum the service fee and not to unlock the door which they never told me about. My son paid it and apologized for wasting his time. The tech was nice and understanding but the company is a complete shame preying on the inconveniences and vulnerability of others.
