I ordered an Evening gown. For My grandaughter 15 celebración. On May 19. It Was supposely be delivered 7 days after. They took My money from bank. Days we're passing by. I kept seeing supposely the tracking number it would Say different places. My event Was June 10. Had to go purchase another Dress. June 12.i get this small packacke from Temu.i had never order anything from them. It Was a ragged Dress like to wear ay Home or ti the beach. What i don't understand why i got a packaged from another company. I went to UPS. Return That ragged of dress. June 16. I paid.13.49. finally i got hold of Temu.and they said they couldnt refund me the return because i did not notify them. What. The man i talk to couldnt answer My question. Why dos i get something from your company? Are You all afgiliated? He said no. Symesae has another email. Understand Shine. I have try to tell them i just need My refund. 55.00 they took for something i never got.i dont know but Saw some reviews And we're experiencing same.situation n That this company. Shine or symesae are scam
