I placed an order with this business back on December 20,2022 after business owner guaranteed package will be processed and delivered in 5 days . The 5 days past, and I never received my order or the tracking number . I reached out to Evelyn emphasizing the importance of this dress because my birthday is January 6th. Repeatedly, she kept saying she would send the package on different days , yet nothing/no response . She cursed me out via instagram dm, then unsent the message . Again, she guaranteed once the package is shipped I’ll receive a tracking number . She stated it was shipped 1/4/23 , but I still do not have a tracking number . It appears on tik tok this is a consistent issue with Evelyn Moda making false promises to US citizens .
