Order number 121025- the tracking detail has been ‘on its way’ since May 27th and the people at the company tell me it’s delivered when it has not. I’ve been reaching out to the company for answers for months and they are useless scammers

I Irdered a product from https://eveloria.com by credit card. Received a shipping tracking number but the product was “lost in transit.” On website it lists products are “tracked and insured shipping.” I contacted them several times requesting a refund, they said they could not because it was “under investigation.” They finally said they would send a new product, this never happened. When I emailed them for estimated shipping they said this order has not been shipped and the original order cannot be returned. I spend money and never receive a product. It has been 4+ months since the initial order.

I placed an order online through the eveloria site and my card was charged the same day. After a few weeks I still hadn’t received my order so I attempted to track my order through their site and received respond that my order doesn’t exist. I’m disputing the charge, fingers crossed.
