I Irdered a product from https://eveloria.com by credit card. Received a shipping tracking number but the product was “lost in transit.” On website it lists products are “tracked and insured shipping.” I contacted them several times requesting a refund, they said they could not because it was “under investigation.” They finally said they would send a new product, this never happened. When I emailed them for estimated shipping they said this order has not been shipped and the original order cannot be returned. I spend money and never receive a product. It has been 4+ months since the initial order.

I placed an order online through the eveloria site and my card was charged the same day. After a few weeks I still hadn’t received my order so I attempted to track my order through their site and received respond that my order doesn’t exist. I’m disputing the charge, fingers crossed.
