I ordered a product from eupholic.com a couple of weeks ago. I have not received my order so I reached out to the company via [email protected] and asked them for a tracking number. They sent me a tracking number. I was unable to access it. I let them know they sent me another tracking number two other times I have let them know multiple times now that I’m able to access the tracking number and that I wanted to refund after that I have received no other contact for them. I lost $47.99. There is no address there is no phone number they are responding to any other inquiry about where my product is or the refund.
