I had a problem with my etsy seller account, so I went to their section that has contact information. I called the number and a foreign language guy spoke to me and instructed me to download an app called anydesk. He said it would allow him to see that he has sent a dollar something to my account to verify my bank with my etsy account. Because I got the number off the website itself. I thought I could trust him. He walked me thru it and then I watched him move my money from my savings. I asked him what he was doing, that if he needs to make a transfer he doesnt need to use all my money. He quickly transferred it to himself using his full name on chime, the name is Patrice-Jimcoiley I tried to turn the anydesk app off but he had already taken my money. He hung up on me, I called back several times and his co workers told me he had went home and they couldnt help me. I knew then that I was scammed. I want my money back and etsy needs to take that number down. The weird part about it is that the call would "cut out" and then they would call me back on a different number 1(769)759-9985 I feel foolish and I dont want this to happen to other people
