Estate Advisors Group perpetrates that it is a company that works with people that have inherited property after the loss of a family member. They then say they are going to refer these people to their real estate agent portfolio. They charge the real estate agents anywhere from $5,000 - $15,000 for this referral service. However this is all a fraud. They take the agents' money and then disappear.
