A guy called called and said we are coming for you dewon Carroll to serve you papers today at your job.. if you don’t want us to come ,call this number and to see what can be done with Making an arrangement for a debt owed. . I called the number 18336169726 was a name to speak with I believe his name was Dennis. man got on the phone and advised I owed sovereign loan company back in 2015 for an amount of I believe he said it was under 600 dollars but because it was in collections with a debt collector with the fee of 723 to pay that today .I advised I couldn’t pay that amount and that If it was my debt I thought I included it in my bankruptcy .he said no this was not and the amount due to pay back i can do payments and get on payment plan the amount had doubled because of fees and settlement for an amount 1488.00 from a loan taking out in 2015. It would be 236 every 2 weeks with a payment of 309 last payment till 10/14/22 .. I received a plan in the email of the payment .but when I was about to call the number on the form it goes directly to a voice mail and I opted to try to send the form to my other email and immediately got this is not a valid email not verified or know and could be a scam ..so I wanted to report to my bank and to ScamPulse.com to see if we can stop this type of fraud and scamming people the company
