On December 1, 2023. Ernest agreed to complete plumbing work(he states that he was a licensed Plumber) which consisted of running a new water line (pipe) from inside the house to the outside. He asked for a $9,000 deposit. The agreement was made and Ernest wrote and signed his name and cashed the checks on December 4, 2023 ($4500. each). It is now February 2024 and the work has not been completed.
