posing as a governmental organization to prey on unsuspecting receivers

Paperwork implies they are a government agency citing various a "Labor Law Compliance Notice" in upper right corner, and wants you to send them $108 so you can hang a government labor law poster on your wall...but the government gives you these print outs for free! It seems to be skirting around the scam issue by trying to sell you some deluxe poster with up to date EEOC and FLSA info, as if they weren't pretending they were a government agency that will fine you if you don't hang the poster in a 2 week deadline. And how do they know I don't have it up already to be able to charge me? I'm in Nevada, and the address on the paperwork they gave me was

Entity Solutions
3827 S. Carson St 505-25 Unit #3197
Carson City, NV 89701

Which seems to be some (FedEx?) mail center, but their return envelope is addressed to

Entity Solutions
PO Box 14758
Ft Lauderdale FL 33302-9858

but I saw this TikTok where they were charging $108 again while accosting this company in Texas at https://www.tiktok.com/@1daatwilly/video/7312498490519637278
And their paperwork screwed up by also having different addresses both in Texas
So it seems this group tries to scam people nationwide. Website is

We received the same letter, I use to run a company in Washington and we learned that those documents are provided by the government for free.

- Hellertown, PA, USA

Letter from rntity solutions claiming we are required by law to post state and federal labor law poster and could be fined $7,000 for each offense.

I don't believe this is a legitimate company but it does appear to be a sophisticated scam. Documentation appears legitimate but a quick Google search shows that labor law compliance notice they've sent does not legally apply to sole proprietor LLCs.
