I Sent him 850 for an English Bulldog Puppy he told me 850 covers everything he told me he had to make arrangements the next day because he couldn't get a direct flight to my area so the next day early in the morning he told me he had dropped the puppy off and shipped him gave me a tracking number and someone else had texted me awhile later telling me they were going to be working with me about the puppy then i got an email saying i needed to pay 1820 for puppy insurance before the puppy could be shipped i contacted the seller and told him and he said all i have to do is pay it i told him he as the breeder didn't mention any of that and had told me it was 850 for everything i told him he needed to pay this and he said he could've if it was yesterday but he already spent the money i gave him on the other puppies and that I'd have to come up with it i let him know theres no possible way that i could come up with the money then he told me he could raise 700 and i told him he needed to find away to get me the puppy or send me my back through western union or I'm taking further action
